AUTOMATION of Batch Processing upon your business data is typically an administrative task which must be custom-developed.  That is, unless you use GoldBox's unprecedented Q-file logic.   The deep analytical work in GoldBox is mostly expended upon the design of your database processing operations. Once you are ready to automate?  It's a breeze! 

 

You simply pick out the events with Saved Setups from a master list, and that's it!  Changing the order of the event processing is as easy as spinning up (or down) the Event Sorter. 

 

 

 

And if you need other actions to prime, or prep, your major data operations?   GoldBox offers a wide spectrum of extra events to select and/or assemble right from the Q-file setup screen.  You can insert basic file operations such as copy, rename and delete.  dBase tables can be modified and maintained. The Q-file script can be paused with a countdown timer, or to custom-prompt a user to acknowledge its continuation.  You can conditionally skip past events, or run outside executables and batch programs.
