DUPE PREVENTION:  Choose an Indexed Match, Custom Match, or Direct SQL Query. GoldBox also has 'smoothing' logic - find more hits when matching on Company, Contact Name and Address. Avoid a risky Merge-Purge later and stop dupes COLD at the point-of-entry. 

 

 

 

DRY RUNS:  Test in complete safety. Source data is NEVER directly applied to GoldMine - it is first 'parked' into a temporary table. You can halt the operation after Park Phase and examine this table directly. Ideal when employing complex Field-Replace expressions. You can also preview the Match scenario. Select BYPASS to flag the parked data as 'Hits' and 'No-Matches'.
